Kids 4 Dodgers Program is a Home Run for Residents

This summer, 35 youth residents from Abode Communities’ Ivy Terrace, Rio Vista, and Selma Community Housing residential communities enjoyed a VIP Dodger experience made possible by the Kids 4 Dodgers Baseball program. Arranged by Abode Communities’ resident services staff members, youth and their families were treated with complimentary game day tickets, concession stand meal vouchers, t-shirts, and transportation to and from the game.

“Going to Dodgers stadium was great and I had such a fun time with friends and neighbors thanks to Abode Communities,” said Vianka, 5th grade.

Fields trips and other educational activities and programs are provided free of charge to all Abode Communities’ youth residents as part of the organization’s Beyond Homes residents services program, offered at 18 developments. Learn more about Beyond Homes.
