Maintenance Team Participated in AHMA’s “Maintenance Madness”

In May, nearly 40 Abode Communities|Property Management team members attended Affordable Housing Management Association’s 42nd Annual Conference where staff members engaged in course topics such as HUD Compliance- EIV Income Discrepancies, Tax Credit Compliance, Building Strong Landlord/Tenant Relationships, Safety on Site, and Fair Housing for Maintenance. In its first appearance in the “Maintenance Madness” competition, the Abode Communities’ maintenance team placed 4th, after being tasked to perform a variety of timed household-related maintenance functions in front of a live audience on stage.
